yogurt selection spacious closet
the breakfast selection had fresh fruit and yogurt. the cave room, a superior beautiful double or twin room, had a spacious closet area (it was very practical).
the hotel staff did not quickly provide a taxi from reception.

excellent stay in a unique setting
helpful staff perfect location good breakfast amazing spa
i found the front desk staff super helpful. the location is perfect for exploring the historic area. breakfast was great with a good choice of food and i ate at the restaurant for two nights. the spa was amazing with a pool, jacuzzis, sauna and steam room all in a cave (i enjoyed it).

the hotel has lovely views. it is close to many bars and restaurants. the location is very good for exploring the city. it is approximately seventeen minutes walking distance to the bus stop that goes to bari.

the spa is very beautiful with a pool. you get sixty minutes in the spa. i found the setting and cave room unique. there are lots of stairs at this hotel, even with the elevator.

the breakfast service had great quality. the restaurant offers many excellent options. half board dinner food was excellent and plentiful. the staff were great and the food was of great quality.

the room was really nice and was large. the rooms are designed with simplicity and elegance. the room was very nice, although we were a little surprised about the open cistern. i was upgraded to a suite.

Underwhelming Stay Does Not Meet Expectations
unfriendly staff interrupted massage
The front desk staff exhibited a lack of warmth. I found them unhelpful when seeking recommendations for local dining. The spa experience was disappointing. My massage was interrupted. It was annoying to encounter such service lapses in a hotel of this supposed caliber.

Really good Hospitality and Unique Accommodation
cute staff proactive staff unique design great location
The staff were cute and proactive. They also arranged transfers from the airport. My room featured a unique design. The hotel's location provided easy walking access to all areas of the city.
The lack of a door separating the toilet area from the rest of the room was a minor inconvenience regarding privacy.

The restaurant offered an fabulous dining experience with excellent food. I found the maitre d' to be a lovely person, his presence enhanced the experience. The breakfast service presented great food selections of high quality.

I received a cute glass of Prosecco upon arrival while the staff managed my luggage and check-in. Communication through the front desk chat was very efficient. The staff demonstrated helpfulness and accommodation, promptly addressing parking questions during my transit.

This place features an really good location in the historic center. The hotel offers accessibility to all points of interest. Many bars and restaurants are near the hotel. The bus stop to Bari is approximately 17 minutes away by foot.

attentive staff amazing food expensive room toilet privacy
The setting is unique! The cave room and hotel are amazing. The staff were attentive. They were also helpful. Dino, the sommelier, was especially generous with his time. The room was really good. The food was excellent at our half board dinner and also at breakfast.
The room was extra expensive. I hoped it would be the highlight of my trip. I was disappointed. The toilet is LITERALLY in the room. There is no privacy. It's not very comfortable for smells. It was also very hot. I couldn't change the temperature settings.

comfortable bed central location unfriendly staff pool access
our room, a superior beautiful double or twin room, had a very comfortable bed. the breakfast was great (especially the fresh fruit!) and had many options. i found the location quite central. it was very convenient for exploring.
i found the daytime front desk female staff not friendly. the hotel allowed only one 60-minute use of the pool . it was difficult to schedule.
