i found the front desk staff super helpful. the location is perfect for exploring the historic area. breakfast was great with a good choice of food and i ate at the restaurant for two nights. the spa was amazing with a pool, jacuzzis, sauna and steam room all in a cave (i enjoyed it).

Underwhelming Stay Does Not Meet Expectations

The front desk staff exhibited a lack of warmth. I found them unhelpful when seeking recommendations for local dining. The spa experience was disappointing. My massage was interrupted. It was annoying to encounter such service lapses in a hotel of this supposed caliber.

Really good Hospitality and Unique Accommodation

The staff were cute and proactive. They also arranged transfers from the airport. My room featured a unique design. The hotel's location provided easy walking access to all areas of the city.
The lack of a door separating the toilet area from the rest of the room was a minor inconvenience regarding privacy.

I received a cute glass of Prosecco upon arrival while the staff managed my luggage and check-in. Communication through the front desk chat was very efficient. The staff demonstrated helpfulness and accommodation, promptly addressing parking questions during my transit.

The setting is unique! The cave room and hotel are amazing. The staff were attentive. They were also helpful. Dino, the sommelier, was especially generous with his time. The room was so great. The food was excellent at our half board dinner and also at breakfast.
The room was extra expensive. I hoped it would be the highlight of my trip. I was disappointed. The toilet is LITERALLY in the room. There is no privacy. It's not very comfortable for smells. It was also very hot. I couldn't change the temperature settings.

i found the daytime front desk female staff not friendly. the hotel allowed only one 60-minute use of the pool . it was difficult to schedule.
